Friday Night Sound Bath with Kinzie

First, Third and Fifth Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Come experience musical magic with Kinzie! She will guide you through a multi-instrument journey with optional guided meditation, aromatherapy, and weighted sandbags placed upon the hips. The crystal bowls resonate at the frequency of each of the chakras, helping to align them. The bamboo chimes disrupt negative thought patterns, while the nut chimes reduce anxiety and promote creativity. The ocean drum mimics the sound of crashing waves while bringing you into a state of calm. The shaman drum complements it all with intense grounding effects.

Some classes will have surprise instrument guests like a tongue drum, swing chime, or kalimba piano depending on what calls to Kinzie when she is setting up for class. Sound healing is going to reharmonize your cells. Some people may have some adverse effects from this change in their body, so it is important to drink lots of water before the bath and eat a clean, nourishing meal.

Beyond Breath with Mitzi Kincade

Second, and Fourth Fridays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Join us for an immersive experience where you'll embark on a transformative journey within. This 90-minute Psychedelic Breathwork class offers a safe space for all to explore your subconscious, enhancing emotional and physical wellness, spirituality, and self-discovery. Through this active breathing technique, you’ll dive deep into your mind—similar to the exploration found in psychedelic experiences. Surrender to your breath and allow your body's energy to guide you, feeling the sensations and creating space for your needs. Each class incorporates an optional somatic scream for an even deeper emotional and energetic release, optional Reiki touch, and concludes in meditation and integration.

Concerned about others hearing you? All classes will be using Silent Sound System headphones to offer you a more personal experience.

Embodiment Yoga with Kinzie

Second Saturday of the Month from 11:00 am - 12:15 pm

June Session: Laughter is Medicine

Laughter is the most effective medicine we have. Studies show that even a little bit of laughter can reduce your cortisol level by nearly 40%, not to mention the social bonding, improvements to your heart health, and boosted immune system. In this class we will start with a moment of reflection, move into a forced laughter exercise (which always turns into real laughter) and then apply our new knowledge to a laughter yoga flow. If you are craving a natural dopamine hit, a chance to be in community, and some healing that doesn't feel so heavy, this is for you. Be sure to bring your smile and a journal <3

Yoga Nidra with Megann St. John

Sunday, May 24th from 4:00 -5:00 pm

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where we rest between states of wakefulness and sleep. It is a powerful, nourishing practice that can restore healthy sleep, relieve stress and anxiety while also boosting energy and creativity. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and healing practice that brings equilibrium and harmony - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Unlike traditional seated meditation which can be a physical strain, Yoga Nidra is experienced in a posture where the body is completely supported, such as savasana. This relaxed posture allows the body and mind to fully rest and rejuvenate while being guided in meditation.

We will begin with gentle yoga movements, followed by Yoga Nidra. You are encouraged to bring your own props such as blankets, a yoga mat, and a small pillow. The studio also has some props to use.
