Core Flow/All Levels -This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some pilates movement, balancing, and other fun stuff. Join us and find out how strengthening your core can improve your life!!
Restorative - Relax, restore, & renew your body, mind, & spirit with supported & gentle restorative poses that reset your nervous system, reduce physical pain, & provide for a deep sense of peace & relaxation!
Yoga Nidra – Also known as “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra uses guided imagery & visualization to allow for the deepest state of relaxation possible while maintaining consciousness. Extremely helpful for those seeking meditative self-inquiry, trauma resolution, & reduction of stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain, & PTSD symptoms.
Restorative Flow - This candle lit class consists of about 20 minutes of a mellow flow/ opening stretch sequence to awaken the body, followed by longer held restorative poses utilizing props such as blankets, straps and bolsters. We will also practice various forms of pranayama (breathing exercises) stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system helping the body reach deep relaxation naturally. This class is all about centering, surrendering, and openess. Its a perfect midweek recharge.
5 Senses - Enliven all 5 of your senses with an aromatic, high-vibrational, Level 1 practice of mantra, meditation, & movement that will leave you feeling like you just left the spa!
