Gentle - Slower paced class, great for beginning students and those who want to slow down
Level 1 - More challenging than Gentle yoga
Level 1-2 - Advanced beginners
Flow 1-2 - Advanced beginners, movements are linked with the breath
Flow 2 - Faster paced flow class for students with some experience
Core Basics/All Levels -This class emphasizes strengthening the muscles that support and move your spine. The class is yoga based but incorporates some pilates movement, balancing, and other fun stuff. Join us and find out how strengthening your core can improve your life!!

All Instructors have completed at least 200 hours of teacher training
