Classes

Flow -Links breath with a series of fun postures. Tones and lengthens muscles, improves circulation, builds dynamic strength, and creates stamina.                          

Gentle - Focuses on alignment and structural positioning. This class is simple but not easy! These classes are ideal for Beginners or anyone who wants to slow down and focus on the basics.

Yoga 4 Life - Integrating breath, gentle movement, principles and the joy of yoga into your life.

Honor Your Spirit - Renew and reconnect with the subtle body through intense awareness to movement, alignment, and balance. Class includes asana, chanting, brief meditation and full Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). All levels welcome to explore what lies within!                                          

Restorative - A gentle, therapeutic style of yoga using props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the poses. Moves the body toward balance, benefiting health by reducing the effects of stress and stress related disease.     

Power Flow - A series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

Body Awareness Yoga - All levels - Explore your edge in a class that focuses on body mechanics, anatomy, and what alignment is proper for you. Learn to feel yourself in a pose, rather than how you look in a pose. The class is very deliberate, with an intense focus on connecting body, mind, and feeling to create balance that is uniquely you. Open to all levels.   

Candlelight Vinyasa-  a fun, flow class allowing students to find their own expression in yoga. this is a fluid class using continuous movement and breath to explore the asanas. It is a level 2 class that will offer variations to incourage students to mix it up a bit! previous yoga experience is recommended. It's Friday! come play!

 
Mantra, Movement & Vibration- A Relaxing & restorative Level 1 class that focuses on proper alignment and incorporates the use of mantra & ancient Tibetan bowl "healing" that's great for shifting your vibration and helping you manifest and create what you really want in life!!!
 
Yoga For Strength Level 1-2. This class will strengthen Body, Mind, and Spirit. Each week we will focus on strengthening and toning a different muscle group or body part. Every class will include balancing and core work to compliment our practice.

Breathing exercises, mindful movement and relaxation techniques are used to release body tension, improve mobility. motor control, focus, balance and flexibilty. Great for students with Fibromyalgia, arthritis or any chronic pain.   Open Forum Yoga - come and create your own practice! Teacher will lead the warm-up, cool down and savasana and be available to help you practice any poses that call to you.

Chair Yoga - Chair yoga modifies classic yoga poses, often using a chair, wall or prop for additional support or balance.

Community Class - This class is by donation. bring wwhatever you can, cash, food items etc. and enjoy a wonderful yoga class! Donations will be given to the Jeffco Action Center.

Level 1 A little more than gentle. Good for anyone who's physically active. . G . . Good for beginners who are physically active
Level 1-2 Advanced beginners
Level 2 Active class for students with some experience
Level 3 Challenging class for ongoing students

As if yoga isn't fun enough already...let's add even more fun!! Theme classes are here at Rishi's! Every first Sunday of the month Rishi's will have a theme class at 3:30 pm. There will be a new theme every month! Rishi's teachers will take turns mixin' it up with their choice of themes.
