Flow- Links breath with a series of fun postures. Tones and lengthens muscles, improves circulation, builds dynamic strength, and creates stamina.
Core - Uses yoga pilates and props to develop a strong core.
Gentle- Focuses on alignment and structural positioning. This class is simple but not easy! For general purpose and healing injuries.
Integral Inspired-A more traditional class focusing on breathing, chanting, asana, deep relaxation and meditation.
Restorative- A gentle, therapeutic style of yoga using props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the poses. Moves the body toward balance, benefiting health by reducing the effects of stress and stress related disease.
Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprising a set of techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between "mind" and "body". Kundalini yoga focuses on pyscho-spiritual growth and the body's potential for maturation, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening.
Vinyasa Flow is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
