Breathwalk- The science of combining specific patterns of breathing synchronized with walking. It is both aerobic and medatative! Breathwalk is wonderful low-impact exercise and anyone who can walk and breathe can do it!     
 

Flow- Links breath with a series of fun postures. Tones and lengthens muscles, improves circulation, builds dynamic strength, and creates stamina.                          

Gentle- Focuses on alignment and structural positioning. This class is simple but not easy! For general purpose and healing injuries. 

Honor Your Spirit- Renew and reconnect with the subtle body through intense awareness to movement, alignment, and balance.  Class includes asana, chanting, brief meditation and full Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).  All levels welcome to explore what lies within!                                          

Restorative- A gentle, therapeutic style of yoga using props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the poses. Moves the body toward balance, benefiting health by reducing the effects of stress and stress related disease.     

Kundalini yoga- A physical and  meditative discipline, comprising a set of techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between "mind" and "body". Kundalini yoga focuses on pyscho-spiritual  growth and the body's potential for maturation, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening.  

Power Flow- A series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

Shakti Yoga- A practice designed for a woman's body mind and soul.  Inspires women on life's path through each stage of their amazing journey. By practicing together, we will envoke strength, grace, flexibility and joy so we can easily access these qualities in our dailey life.     

Yin Yoga- Focus is on the connective tissues found in joints, ligaments, and bone.  Whereas the style of yoga most people know (yang) focuses mainly on lengthening and strengthening the muscles.  Yin yoga is a practice of stillness with the asanas directed to the areas of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Generally, poses are held for a minimum of two minutes to about twenty minutes for advanced students. This class is a beginner level. It is
also a class advanced yang students will benefit from as it  will provide a balance to a yang practice. It is a wonderful
practice for students with tight or sore hips.

Introduction to Flow- Learn the how's and whys of a flow class. You will learn different breathing techniques and how to let breath guide you in your postures.

Body Awareness Yoga - All levels - Explore your edge in a class that focuses on body mechanics, anatomy, and what alignment is proper for you. Learn to feel yourself in a pose, rather than how you look in a pose. The class is very deliberate, with an intense focus on connecting body, mind, and feeling to create balance that is uniquely you.  Open to all levels.   

Yoga Dance - uses movement to help you nourish, heal and celebrate your body! All levels.

If you are curious about yoga, this is the class for you! We will discuss the basics of a yoga class, answer any questions and teach basic movements and breathing.

Level 3 - challenging class for ongoing students
