Open and realign your Body, deepen Breath and feel Great!
Thai massage is the bodywork of choice for people practicing yoga as it naturally incorporates yogic stretches, breath work and the principles of self-compassion and holistic approach to body, mind and heart.
Because you practice yoga, you probably know the areas that challenge you in your practice.
Which one of these do you experience ?
· tight hamstrings in my down-dog, heals won't reach the floor
· my shoulders keep rolling forward and up
· difficulty to open my hips into straddle positions or pigeon
· constriction in my chest prevents me from deeper backbends
· weakness in my lower back
· hard time to balance on one leg
· knees bothering me in standing poses
· I have my own issue I would like to work on ...
With a little help, everybody can improve and feel permanently better.
Session times available between 5:00-7.00pm Friday and 9:30am - 2:30pm Saturday
Please sign up at Rishi’s Crossing to reserve your time slot.
Thai Massage works your body while you are enjoying the healing properties of aromatic Thai herbal compresses and muscle relaxing balms.
Inhale and exhale deeply, it’s time to take care of yourself… .
