Yoga can bring all of these benefits to you and your golf game.
We will focus on specific poses, breath awareness and visualization techniques to help your golf game. You will gain strength, increase shoulder turn, improve balance and posture and improve your focus on the task at hand.
Yoga and golf have more in common than you may realize. Minimum of 4 maximum of 8 class size
John Cormey, Rishis Instructor and avid golfer will lead this fun and expansive series.
