Your physical, mental and energy body are designed to be in perfect health.  Imbalance and disease is initially apparent in the energy centers of your body, the chakras.  There are thirteen main chakras and hundreds of secondary chakras.  In this program you will learn the properties of the main chakras and how they impact your physical and emotional bodies.  We will use a variety of simple techniques to connect with and feel the prana of the various chakras.  You will also learn and experience energy techniques to ground and shift the energy in daily experiences.

• Discover which yoga poses help open specific chakras.
