just for your Self and practice these two easy to follow workouts:
15 - 20 min morning yoga - to awaken and strengthen
15 - 20 min evening yoga - to stretch and release stress
We will make sure you can practice them safely and enjoy them too!

This workshop gives you the opportunity to practice again and learn:
- how to add or substitute poses in your practice
- how to shorten or extend your practice depending on your schedule
