Join us for this special 2 week course designed to help you get started and answer your questions about the wonderful practice of yoga. If you have taken yoga before, this is a great way to get back to the basics.
Topics include: stress reducing breath practices, how to use props and the basic structure of a yoga class. We’ll practice simple poses so you learn to do them in a way that makes your body smile.
