Chronic insomnia or just occasional sleeplessness can have negative consequences that touch every part of our lives. Sleep irregularities-too much or too little-cause major short-and long-term health problems.
Sleep loss causes increases in stress hormone levels and blood pressure, glucose intolerance, and variations in heart rate. Even if restful sleep seems like a dream, there are yogic techniques that can help!
This workshop will give you the tools to tap into the inner vitality that comes from a well rested body, mind and spirit!
