"Oh My Aching Back" Workshop
A central focus of yoga is to keep the spine healthy since the spine is the structural, nervous and energetic core of the body. Yoga asanas seek to release and elongate the spine, opening any blockages or places of tension, and sending nourishing breath (prana) along this central axis.
An ancient yoga adage claims, "You are only as young as your spine is flexible."
If you're feeling the age in your spine, join us for an interactive workshop to discover simple tools and techniques to alleviate lower back pain, regain spinal flexibility, understand and utilize proper posture, and strengthen your spine.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
