Breath, Balance, Bliss. I've discovered all of these through my yoga practice and applying it to my life. I enjoy presenting yoga as a lifestyle, not just a physical practice. Through balancing the physical, emotional and mental aspects of our lives we can truly find fullfillment and honor our spirit.
My practice focuses on blending traditional yoga theory and contemporary meditation techniques. For me, this creates the balance I seek; from the groundedness of my roots, to the expansion of my being.
